This innovative design combines a toilet with a sink.  While being compact, the porcelain fixture is extremely efficient as the waste water from the toilet is filtered for the use of the sink.  It saves water, saves space, and it cuts down on CO2 emissions.  It was the winner of the 2010 Design Plus award.
